Darkness illuminates your path forward. Be curious, versatile. You have business in the tribe - a message for others - but to learn what you need to know you must make sure your goals align with your genuine curiosity and your most heartfelt dreams.
You must be sure to face the psychological wounds that threaten to blot out your sense of direction. Perhaps your intelligence and versatility of mind make you susceptible to the larger collective so you become distracted from your true goals.
In the larger collective, you have the voice of a stranger, a rebel, an outcast. Follow your feelings to discover what you need to learn, who your best teachers are and how you can share your message. Your willingness to follow your own authentic but unconventional dreams will heal something in you and in the larger tribe. You’ll find meaningful work - it may look weird, you may seem remote or cool and aloof. That’s partly self-protection and partly because you are learning to be resistant to the guilt-trips and manipulation of family, loved ones and the larger tribe. Not needing approval is a secret of happiness.
A habitual danger is that your feelings, your intuitive perceptions of your goals may be swamped by the enchanting words of another. Losing your Self to relationships is a karmic habit. The clan, tribe or family can exert such force that your feeling for your own path gets submerged, sublimated. You may sooth yourself through private forms of rebellion.
Developing your ability to see in the dark is one of your most important goals. When does the desire for applause, the pleasure in admiration lead you to betray your authentic self? When does your desire to please and to satisfy your partners, friends lead you away from your integrity?
You have a servant’s heart, but you must freely choose who and what you devote yourself to. You’ve been wounded by a lack of autonomy in your daily work,
There’s the need for spiritual surrender. But the danger is to lose yourself like the Lotus Eaters. Your mental acuity - so significant to your ability to truly do what you came here to do - could get so blurry your direction will be guided by inauthentic goals.
You’re an enchanting performer - people will be drawn to you.
Wearing your feelings out in the collective - how do you do that authentically? Extroverted house conditioned by introverted sign.
How much does aloof attention to daily details shelter you from the tribe? The most vulnerable parts of you - the most feeling parts of you - are visible. Having the time to turn inward, to assess your feelings, feel your feelings, helps you keep your head above water. This inner assessment may need to be done without your most significant others since you have a history of being overwhelmed by their too bright light. Figure out what you feel first. Then talk about it.
Reading, conversing, writing, teaching, learning can be a means of Imaginative escape and numbing or a means of opening to transcendent serenity. But don’t cling to another person in hopes that their radiance will be enough for you. You need to shine, too.
There’s something remote about you. And something that responds deeply to others’ approval, that needs the close intimacy of family. Your ally as you navigate this paradox is your fierce integrity. You’ve developed backbone through competitive or passionate engagement in recreation, sports, creative expression. This is where grit and inner authority combine.
Can you work at pleasure? Can you commit to joy? Can you apply discipline to creative expression? Your chart says yes. This is part of your evolutionary leap.
The need for feeling AND focus
Individuality AND the collective, family
Imagination floods your perception. Can you channel that through your mind, your language, your writing? Your words may be inspired. But you need to commit to working with them - this takes focus and courage. Focused effort in which your own unruly passion doesn’t bend to another’s soft blandishments. How do you develop that willingness to be a little wild? Learning to see in the dark. The source of that authority is in mystery, psychological nooks and crannies of the mind, removing the plank in your own vision before you remove the splinter in another's, being willing to see life’s harsher realities and work them, communicate them, so you can illuminate the path for yourself.
To find your great work, which has something to do with your voice, with creative expression, you must look at what scares you.
Where is your power and wealth hidden? In plain sight. The sun shines brightly on it, following it takes you to your own most joyful, creative life. If that sounds easy, know the path to finding the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow is through the underworld, where wounds and crises lurk.
You must be willing to descend, to face these, not as a stigma to be hidden out of sight but with a gravitas and dignity that are a source of your truest power. When you feel lost, rudderless, journey to the underworld like Odysseus and make offerings to the dead. You will learn things that pain you, but you will also find your way.
Attention to detail is a deep felt need AND you need time for the unbounded, for flow.
Spiritual relationship based in constant conversation and a passionate pleasure-drive disciplined into productivity.
The need to be out in the collective and the need for time alone to commune with your heart, your spirit and your inner authority.
